WOZNIACKI MEETS DR. OZ IN NEW YORK

2015-4-8

NEW YORK, NY, USA - Caroline Wozniacki has had a whirlwind last few days, hitting with US President Barack Obama at the White House and sitting with NFL star J.J. Watt at the the 2015 NCAA Championship, and now she's added another major appearance to the list - The Dr. Oz Show.

Wozniacki went to New York to tape an episode of the famous talk show, hosted by surgeon and teaching prof Mehmet Oz. On it she talked about getting fit, diet, her friendship with Serena Williams, her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue photo shoot and more - they even hit tennis balls on stage.

"Top-ranked tennis player Caroline Wozniacki is a fighter. Whether it's on the court or in everyday life, she finds strength from unexpected places," Dr. Oz said when introducing the former World No.1.

"And today, she'll show you how you can too!"

Perhaps most importantly to the episode, Wozniacki, who recently became a Brand Ambassador for USANA, the Official Health Supplier of the WTA, talked about USANA's nutritional products.

Wozniacki expressed her love for USANA when she was announced as an ambassador last month.

"Right now I feel very passionate about my game and that I'm playing better now than I have in past years," Wozniacki said. "I feel better mentally and physically than I did at this time last year and am excited to see what opportunities this season brings my way. I'm thankful to be able to team up with a company like USANA that cares about my well-being and I know we can do great things together."
